Student allegedly stabbed to death by jealous boyfriend

A student from Akyem Nsutam Senior High School in the Fanteakwa South District of the Eastern region has been murdered by her fiancé because she had cheated on him.

The unfortunate event occurred on June 1, 2023, after a verbal altercation between the two lovers.

According to reports, the 18-year-old victim, Abigail Asare, visited her barber lover, Michael Osei, who suspected her of cheating.

The accusation sparked a heated misunderstanding, and in a fit of rage, Osei stabbed Abigail multiple times in his barbershop before fleeing the scene.

The student bled to death, according to reports, because the shop had been locked at the time.
