Offinso North NPP Inaugurate campaign team for 2020 elections
The Offinso North Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has inaugurated a 31 – member campaign team to spearhead their campaign activities for the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.
The ceremony which took place at Akomadan attracted sympathizers and supporters of the rulling party.
The team co-chairs by party chairman for the constituency Hon Albert sefa Boampong and the Member of parliament who double as parliamentary candidate ahead of the 2020 general elections also has the objective of ensuring that the party protect the seat from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) and further retain Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffu- Addo in power.
Mr Francis Adomako Ashanti regional organizer for the New Patriotic Party who inaugurated the team charged the members of the team to discharge their mandate diligently by leading the party to victory come 2020 general elections schedule for December 7.
The team includes ,the MP Hon.Collins Ntim, the constituency chairman for the party Hon .Albert sefa Boampong ,the District Chief Executive ,Hon David Kwasi Asare , and all the 17 constituency executives and a special delegation of 5 , IT specialist ,a security expect,a lawyer and a voluntary groups.
The member of parliament for the Constituency who double as the NPP parliamentary candidate and the deputy minister for local government and rural development Hon Collins Ntim applead to the members to refrain from politics of insults and attacks but should rather campaign based on programs and policies initiated by the Akufu Addo lead administration.
Highlighting some of the programs and policies achieved by the NPP , Hon Ntim , sighted Free SHS ,One district one factory , planting for food and jobs program,One Ambulance for each constituency, Creation of the new region , restoration of the teacher trainee allowances and the rest.
He therefore tasked the team to adopt door to door campaign strategies with the observance of all the covid 19 safety protocols…
