Election 2020: Bosomtwe District Assembly members congratulates President Akufo-Addo & Adutwum

Assembly members of the Bosomtwe District Assembly in the Ashanti region has joined the international community and other well-wishers to congratulate the President elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on his re-election as President of Ghana for the next four years.
The group also congratulated Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe who doubles as the Deputy education minister Hon. Dr. Osei Yaw Adutwum for retaining his seat.

In a laudatory statement signed by the Bosomtwe District Assembly presiding member Hon. Okatakyie Michael Yaw Nkwanta commended the Jean Mensah led Electoral Commission (EC) for acquitting itself creditably in superintending over “a free, fair, and credible elections” to the admiration of Ghanaians and rest of the world.

According to the Assembly members, the Bosomtwe Constituency has witnessed significant level of development within the past four years and there was no way the NPP could lose both the presidential and parliamentary elections as they believe the Nana Addo led NPP government has worked hard to achieve their feat and will work harder to retain power in election 2024.

“Every well meaning Ghanaian will attest to the fact that there has been massive transformation in all sectors particularly road, health, water and education in the Bosomtwe Constituency and Ghana at large. This is depicts a true portrait of any development-oriented government” the statement added
As Assembly members, we believe Ghanaians would not regret retaining this NPP government in power, adding that the next government under President Akufo-Addo’s watch would make life better for all Ghanaians particularly the ordinary citizen, the statement concluded.
