C/R;GOVERNMENT TO CONSTRUCT 10 FISHING LANDING SITS-BAWUMIA

The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana Alhaji Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia during the celebration of the Elmina Bakatue Festival has said that the NPP government let by the President of Ghana Nana Akuffo Addo will soon construct 10 Fishing Landing Site.

 

 

 

Addressing the Nananom of Elmina in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abriam of the Central Region,he added that,the sot cutting of the construction will begin next month August and out of the 10 Fishing Landing Site Central Region will get 6 of which Elmina is included.

 

 

The beneficiaries community include Elmina,Mumford,Gomoa Fetteh,Winneber,Moree and Senya Breku all in the Central Region of which Axim,James Town and Aflam Plains are also included.

The government have been able to secure Financial Clearance to support the projects to make in meaningful and functioning so I will entreat all and sundry to support the projects.

We have promised and we will deliver to make enemies ashamed.

I will assures all the Nananom of Elmina to be patients for within next month the government will cut sod for the construction of the Elmina Fishing Landing site to make Fishing more attractive for the people in the area.

 

 

In addition, the Omanhen of Elmina Nana Kodwo Condua VI also thanked the Vice President for such wonderful information being given to them and assures them to make sure that it is done as they have promised.

He also used the opportunity to advice Ghanaians to make their communities clean and healthy and make everyday a Sanitation day.

We should stay away from felt to prevent us from any form of Sickness.

 

He also assures Ghanaians to patronize Made in Ghana goods,we should eat,wear and drink made in Ghana products to help promote Tourism in the Country to make the government earn income to run the economy he disclosed.
