Breaking: Ofosu Ampofo vindicated as CID returns communication devices without evidence indicting him

The Criminal Investigations department of the Ghana Police Service has returned seized communications gadgets of Hon. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo without any iota of evidence linking him to recent kidnappings and market fires as insinuated by the service some time ago.

It is recalled that the CID led by Mame Tiwa Addo confiscated the mobile phones and laptops of the National Chairman to aid in their investigations in an alleged doctored audio recordings purported to be the voice of the Chairman.

Barely a month after holding onto the devices, the CID couldn’t trace any scintilla of evidence linking the Chairman to any conversation of whatever kind that could indict him.

This led to the release of the gadgets to our lawyers yesterday, what then remains a puzzle to many of us is the inability of the CID to reveal the identities of the supposed kidnappers who attributed their nefarious activities to our humble and peace loving chairman.

Truth they say is only one and no amount of wicked and diabolic agenda shall succeed.
