94 suspects test negative after 14-days quarantine in Legon

Persons who were picked up during contact tracing after a test on one of their students came out positive have all tested negative for the deadly coronavirus, MyNewsGh.com can report.

This comes after all the 94 persons went through the mandatory quarantine period of 14-days has been instructed by the Ministry of Health.

According to the report, eighty-two of the contacts traced were students whiles twelve were identified employees of the University.

The University of Ghana recorded one Coronavirus case after a female Pharmacy student returned from a trip abroad during the early days of its outbreak in Ghana.

This led to the closure of the school and a subsequent contact tracing to prevent the spread of the virus in the University.
