Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, a prominent member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as well as the founder of the policy think tank, Danquah Institute (DI), is mocking the election of new executives to steer the affairs of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, the NDC has elected a solid team of propagandists to lead the party into the 2024 elections.

The NDC over the weekend elected Johnson Asiedu Nketia and Fifi Kwetey as national chairman and general secretary respectively at the Accra Sports Stadium to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.

In a tweet on Sunday, 18 December, Mr Otchere-Darko congratulated the newly-elected executives, adding that the strategy for 2024 is now set.

“Congratulations to the NDC and their new national officers! Asiedu Nketiah is now the Chairman-General (apologies to Kwami!)

“What is clear is that Ghana’s opposition party has settled on a solid team of accomplished propagandists in all departments.

“The strategy for 2024 is set,” Otchere-Darko tweeted
