Rev Owusu Bempah Released Despite Being Remanded, ‘Order From Above’ Worked!

The founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Rev Owusu Bempah has been bailed despite being remanded by an Accra circuit

The popular clergyman engulfed the news headlines since last week after storming Nana Agradaa’s house to brandish weapons and assaulting a police officer.

He was arrested and appeared before the court two days ago which his lawyer, Gary Nimako Marfo requested a bailout but it was subsequently denied.

The pastor was remanded for a week to reappear before the court on Monday and was sent to the hospital a few hours after he was sent to the police custody.

We earlier reported Ghanaian UK-based journalist, Kelvin Taylor’s statement saying despite the popular man of God has been remanded he’s going to be bailed on the grounds of health issues.

Kelvin Taylor claimed that they’re going to use health Issues to release him and now reports show that Rev Owusu Bempah has been released from police custody.

He is said to have been granted bail in the sum of Ghc 200,000 with two sureties.
