“The President is consulting with the structures of the party. It certainly will come before the end of year and then we could start”, he hinted.

He observed that the NDC has set the tone after conducting a successful parliamentary primary throughout constituencies in the country fully arming itself to face off with the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

“I think we have set the tone with the conduct of a successful parliamentary primaries to determine many of our candidates. As the Minority Leader, I look forward to President Mahama governing with a majority in parliament”, he said.

Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Mr. Alex Mould had earlier said anybody who is going to assist John Mahama and the NDC needs to have strong leadership qualities, needs to have a strong grasp of the economy.
